Beds for the purpose of the exposition are an additional discount of 40% from the selling price (maximally to 3 different models of beds in the year to one shop).

Conditions of order

Concluded order between Customer the A.R.M Mieczysław Różański, hereinafter referred to as the Principal
and
the A.R.M Mieczysław Różański company, Majdan 88
05-462 Wiązowna Polska (n. Warsaw)
Tax Identification Number: 532-001-76-02 represented by Artur Różański
hereinafter referred Contractor, as follows:

§ 1
The Principal is commissioning and Contractor is taking on to do the sleeping furniture from solid wood.

§ 2
The service will be done within 2-9 weeks of placing an order.

§ 3
Implementation will be according to pricing site of www.poprostulozka.com

§ 4
All caused changes after approving a design will be additionally paid.

§ 5
Warranty on furniture of the ARM company is being granted for a period of 12 months. Disclosed during this period defects, resulting from the guilt of producer, will be removed free of charge.

§ 6
The warranty doesn't include:
- of existing mechanical damages after the receipt of goods from seller;
- damage caused by bad maintenance (for example, using strong cleaning agents), and in case of wooden elements - water washing;
- damage caused by the assembly of furniture in the new buildings are not heated;
- at orders carried out in a few stages (e.g. arrangements for orders) company isn't a responsibility for the difference overcome shades between individual arrangements;
- the specification is preventing the production from perfect selecting of natural grain of wood and shades of wood what is emphasizing its naturalness and beauty (what isn't a defect).

§ 7
Changes of terms of order must be made in writing, otherwise being null and void.

§ 8
Any disputes resulting from conditions of order shall be resolved by a court.

§ 9
In matters unregulated shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code.
